Grocery Shopping

We went shopping the other day and Ava got to use the car cart for the first time. Needless to say, she loved it.

It's Monday

Just a little tidbit from this morning. This morning when Casey and I were getting ready for our day, I let Ava sleep in as long as possible since she still has a bad cough. At the very last minute I got her dressed. Immediately after I finished, she crawled back into bed and said, "Night night." Poor little girl. I let her sleep another two minutes while I got her coat ready. She did get up and we got to school in time for breakfast.

Spring Break, Crazy Face

This is Ava's crazy face. One of the many new things she does to entertain Casey and I. Spring Break is this week; well, for me, it is. Casey's is next week, making traveling impossible. I'm enjoying my time off, none the less. I had the last two days off from work -very enjoyable. I got both bathrooms cleaned, including the tubs. Our poor daughter was sick today with a cough so she got to stay home with mommy. She loved it.

Saturday, nap time

Another snowy Saturday here in South Dakota! Ava just went down for her nap and Casey and I are both on our tablets, sitting about three feet away from each other. I am brand new to blogging so forgive me for not having pictures up yet. Spring break officially started for me today. Yay! I am looking forward to spending more time with Ava this week. I miss her so much during the week and I know she misses me too. It's difficult both going to school and working full time. Most days I only see Ava in the mornings when I drop her off at daycare. I keep reminding myself it is only for a little while until we are done with school. Well I need to get some housework done and maybe tackle my desk. ;)
